I am so glad we found this place! I found it doing a search for other things on TripAdvisor but man, was it an amazing find! We had plans to go to the Loveland ski resort a couple of weeks before they closed the valley. There were some reviews about the rental line so we decided to choose this company, not only because they had comparable prices, but because we could get personal service and because they delivered! Available delivery times were pretty abundant during the time we went. Delivery was right on time. It happened to snow overnight and we had an 8 AM delivery. I was worried he wouldn’t make it, but he was there- early! There were five of us total and I loved the way each of us was fitted and matched to our equipment. We had 3 skiers and two snowboarders- all first-timers. The personal Instruction was invaluable and greatly appreciated. He was a young guy and shared some of his experiences. Perfect handoff! After the first day of skiing we called to discuss switching out one of our snowboarders for skiing equipment. The company was so flexible and helpful. I love their service! For the return, we left the items outside of our rental home. It doesn’t get more convenient than that! Would definitely use this company on our next (hopefully) ski vacation!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped find the perfect fit for our snowboard and skis! They come and pick everything up for you, so it’s very convenient!

From the first phone call to Evan and multiple calls due to the historic snowstorm speaking with Isabella and ultimately with John, I give this company a true 5 stars for professionalism and understanding the true nature of skiing and customer service. The owner Christopher was our tech in person at the lodge and fitted us all with many tips on skiing and what to look for and to make our experience the best. My helmet was a bit too big for my head and with one phone call to Isabella, we had a tech within 20 minutes with several adult and kid sizes. They really want you to be properly equipped because it is all about safety. That is Black Tie Skis Rentals mission. They actually went above and beyond when we got into trouble with AS (Altitude sickness) and was grounded for the remainder of the trip. One call to BTSR, John, and they came right out picked everything up and offered every effort to amend the trip and make us feel welcomed and truly looked out for. I will always book directly with Black Tie Ski Rentals, Breckenridge.

Friendly, competent ski technicians bring a variety of skis and boots right to our condo. Then make sure everyone from kids to adults have boots that fit and skis and bindings with the proper settings. We enjoy breakfast while everyone is fit. They met us at the bottom of the hill when one of our party was having a problem with boot fit - changed out the boots and had her back on the runs in no time! We just left all the gear outside the condo for them to pick up. Hassle free, wonderful service! Highly recommend.

We rented skis in Breckenridge and Beaver Creek and returned both in Vail. They were reasonably priced for the area, the staff very accommodating and professional. I strongly recommend their services

Perfect Snow, Blue Sky, Sunshine, mild temps and friendly folks is an ideal recipe for a fair weather skier like me. Breck feels safe and secure to me. I love to visit any time of the year, but skiing with the grandsons is perfect!

I am not good at Skiing but I took baby steps and enjoyed my time up on the slops. Had a great time in Breckenridge. Beautiful town!!!

I can not say enough good things about the service that has been provided by this company over the last 9 or 10 years. not only giving you many options on the equipment, but also following up if you have any problems. We as a group(ages 45 to 79) have had nothing but first class service with this company
