From the minute we stepped on the ship we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles. All staff were exceptional food was great as it was a buffet you could go for seconds. The price was very reasonable compared to other cruises. Entertained really didn’t stop. It was so much fun. We even saw a whale merge from the water. It was unbelievable. My friend and I are visiting from Australia and thank you for making our last night so memorable 😍
Absolutely the best food, entertainment, and service!! Worth every single penny for a night of fun and beautiful views. Every single person on board is 100% about customer service. This is our 3rd time on board, and we love it more each time we go!
This is a tough review to write. I work for an airline so my husband and I vacation in Honolulu twice a year. We have attended every luau on the island and PCC multiple times. Hoping to do something different. We are glad we read reviews to get pictures early. I didn’t like the food but hubby said it was better than luau food. The staff was kind but the entertainment was really lacking. I did like the crowd interaction at the end. I don’t think I could recommend this to a friend and I am pretty sure we won’t attend again. It was a good night out and I felt the price was fair.
As I was travelling with my granddaughter chose the buffet option. Big mistake!. Whilst the other dining spaces were quite delightful the buffet is definitely the poor relative. Was a most depressing room in the pointy end of the vessel - windows were dirty and whilst you could not fault the meal or entertainment the overall impression of the surroundings was just awful.
The food was delicious. The entertainment was wonderful. Efficient transport to and from my hotel. I was very disappointed with my treatment as a solo traveller. I felt as though I was invisible. I travel a lot by myself and have never been treated like this. I wouldn’t recommend this activity if you plan to go by yourself.
First, this was a beautiful cruise with great food, wonderful entertainment and very attentive staff. We did the 2 hour cruise, and the boat was like a mini cruise ship. Here are the issues: They should call it a "City Lights" cruise rather than a Sunset Cruise. The boat left on time (5:30P), and the drinks and buffet began shortly afterwards. Problem was, the sunset was happening within the first 45 min. of boarding, while everyone was either in the buffet line or eating their dinner. Additionally, passengers were instructed to stay in their seats until 6P. Most people missed the sunset altogether. We were there November 10th, and there didn't seem to be any sailing time accomodation for the season . . and subsequently the sunset time. The boat has great views, both inside and outside, but we weren't able to take advantage of the spectacular Hawaii sunset.
Pleasantly greeted by numerous hosts/crew upon check in. Ship is open air decks and was a little warm (Hawaii known for high humidity) Started serving buffet at Sunset so we were scrambling to get picks of Sunset & get in line for buffet. Food was ok, not the greatest but overall good experience & Entertainment Was Excellent and Fun. Maybe start serving food after Sunset Mahalo
