Interested in renting a Kayak or SUP in Santa Barbara? Come stand up paddle or kayak at our downtown location. This is the newest beach rental stand in Santa Barbara located on the sand just to the right of the pier. Easy entry into the water with a kayak or sup as there are no waves to battle from this location making it easy and fun for the entire family. The best part, you can get to the open ocean if you like within minutes and to the buoys that are always covered with seals.

Please note: You must know how to swim in order to rent with us. There is a high probability that you won't have to swim or be submerged in the ocean but as a safety precaution, we ask that everyone renting from us knows how to swim.

Enjoyed a great day out on the water - did SUP for the first time followed by Kayaking. Great location by the Santa Barbara Wharf. Super convenient and on our day flat water. Great support by the staff, especially Loa who gave us excellent SUP instructions for my first time.

Katelyn was amazing and so helpful with this rental! Easy and fun way to see the harbor. Easy to rent and get out on the water. Katelyn gave tips on where to go and see things and then recommended the best lunch spot!

Orion was great, he set up with a kayak and briefed about the safety procedures very efficiently and thoroughly. Most of all, he is obsessed with his customers and does his best to provide the best customer experience. Orion is great!

Easy rental spot on the sand and a few feet from the water. We rented kayaks and paddled around the bay. The water was calm which made for a pleasant time on the water.

Molly was an excellent paddle board instructor. Myself and my two sons had a great experience. I've taken a few lessons before and typically fall out. But Molly's instruction on getting up and balance was so good I never fell off.

Lia was so great and friendly! She was very knowledgeable about the area and even gave us great recommendations for food. The experience itself is nice as well, paddle boarding in this part of the water was easy and we got to see seals and lots of birds.
